Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, for security and peace of mind, we require all customers to provide their own personal lock for their storage unit. This ensures only you have access to your belongings. We recommend a disc lock.  We do sell them if you are in need of one.

What is the length of the lease?

Our standard lease agreements are day-to-day, offering you flexibility. For specific details on lease terms, please contact us directly.

Our prime location in Lizton, Indiana, sets us apart. We are conveniently situated near major routes, making access easy for residents and businesses alike. 

What are your operating hours?

Is my stored property insured?

While Lizton Self Storage takes extensive measures to secure our facility, we do not provide insurance for your stored belongings. We strongly recommend that you obtain renters insurance or check with your current homeowner's or business insurance provider to ensure your items are covered while in storage.

How do I pay for my storage unit?

We offer convenient online payment options or you may pay by mail or there is a drop slot for checks or cash located at the facility by the main overhead garage door. You can also set up automatic recurring payments for hassle-free billing. 

Can I reserve a unit online?

Yes, once you contact us, we can email you a lease to complete online and a payment link.

Are your unit's temperature controlled?

No they are not temperature controlled.
